Shipping Policy

Shipping with love and care.

  • All orders with are despatched within 2 to 4 working days of order placement (We do not operate on Sundays and public holidays)

  • We ship twice a week usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As we are full-time working professionals, we are unable to ship daily at the moment. We request you to wait for at least 4 working days before enquiring about your order tracking information.

  • All domestic orders will take a minimum of 10 working days from the date of despatch to reach, this is our standard timeline. We do not undertake urgent orders or deliveries.

  • We ship domestically and internationally. For international shipping, please click here.

  • We offer free standard domestic shipping across India.

  • Domestic orders are shipped through Delhivery / DTDC / India Post and international orders are shipped through Aramex.

  • Tracking number will be shared via email once the order is despatched.

  • At present, we do not offer express/same day shipping services. 

  • If incomplete address is provided (missing pin code, phone number, flat number etc.), we will reach out to the customer either via email or through WhatsApp to get the updated address before despatching the order. However, if the wrong address or phone number is provided we will not be responsible for rectifying this information and the customer will have to reach out to us to provide this information before the order is despatched.

  • Please note that the courier delivery executive will attempt delivery three times before a package is returned to us. In case the customer misses all three delivery attempts (due to incorrect phone number or other incorrect information) and the package is returned, the customer will have to pay INR 100/- for re-shipping their order. Please note, the order will not be cancelled for this reason and it will be put on hold until INR 100/- is paid for reshipping.

  • Due to some other unforeseen circumstances if a package is returned to us by the courier (pin code unserviceable, internal courier company issue etc.) we will redespatch the order again through another courier service without any extra shipping charge to the customer and share the tracking information. Please note, the order will not be cancelled for this reason as we will be redespatching it and will provide new tracking details.

  • Depending on your destination city and pin code serviceability, order delivery can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days from the date of despatch for domestic orders.
