Cancellation,Returns and Refunds

Order Cancellation

  • ​Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be cancelled for any reason. Please read the returns and refunds policy thoroughly before placing your order. 

  • We do not undertake urgent orders and deliveries, so orders will not be cancelled if they do not reach you within specific date. We ship all orders 3 to 4 working days from order placement and our delivery timeline is 10 working days from the date of despatch. If you have not received your order after 10 working days of despatch then reach out to us here with your order details. 

  • If an order has not reached after 10 working days of despatch, we will visit order cancellation on a case by case basis depending on the reason for the delay.

Product Returns

  • If a product is damaged during transit, we will be happy to provide a replacement if the product is available in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the amount back to you

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all product returns. Take a quick video of unboxing the jewellery when you receive it from the courier. The video should show the jewellery being unboxed and any damages on the jewellery. This video is to be shared on WhatsApp at +91 8939304199 or can be e-mailed here along with your order information

  • The damaged product can be exchanged within 7 working days of order delivery (If an order is delivered on 8th, then it is eligible for exchange until 15th. (Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays)

  • The damaged product requires to be shipped back to us. Once the damaged product is received, we will send the replacement

  • Additional shipping charges will NOT be charged for the replacement order (Applicable for domestic shipping only)

Product returns will not be accepted for the following reasons

  • All photos are taken in-house by us under natural light without using any filters. However, please note there will be some minor variations in colour due to digital photography. Therefore, products will not be exchanged if there are some minor variations.

  • Certain handmade pieces may have slight variations and this will not be considered as grounds for exchange

  • Even though we try our best to pack the jewellery with extreme care, there might be a rare occasion where the stones or beads may fall out. Please note these can be easily fixed using any super glue available in the market and this will not be considered as grounds for exchange.

  • Earring stems are bent to ensure they do not damage during transit, please carefully straighten them for use. Do not use excess force as this may lead to breakage.

  • We will not exchange the product if you do not like it or it does not match your taste

  • We will not exchange the product if you ordered the wrong size (Please check for the correct size here)

  • Currently we do not have a returns policy for international customers. For all international shipments, we ensure the packaging is done extra carefully to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
