• All orders placed on or after 11th April 2022 will be shipped on 20th April 2022 only.
  Please DO NOT place any urgent orders. Orders once placed will NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason and cancellation policy WILL NOT be applicable for this period.

• Our website accepts all major international credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and Maestro. Additional charges may apply for these transactions.

• Currently our website does not accept Amex cards and payments through paypal.

• Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

• If your country's shipping does not pick up automatically at checkout, please WhatsApp us at

• We ship twice a week usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As we are full-time working professionals, we are unable to ship daily at the moment. We request you to wait for at least 4 working days before enquiring about your order tracking information.

• We do not offer express shipping services.

• You will receive your order tracking number via email once it has been despatched.

• All international orders will take a minimum of 15 working days from the date of despatch to reach, this is our standard timeline. We do not undertake urgent orders or deliveries.
